My tiny todo file
A simple idea deserves a simple post.
Here are three real bullet points from my tiny todo file:
- Read [Image upscaling using convolutional neural networks in Vulkan](https://streamhpc.com/blog/2026-07-22/image-upscaling-using-convolutional-neural-networks-in-vulkan/). - Try to reproduce the merged rocm-libraries PR [fix(primbench): add fallback clock rate calculation](https://github.com/ROCm/rocm-libraries/pull/10194) on all of our GPUs. If I can't reproduce it, ask Nguyen for the exact project, benchmark and specialization that had the issue. - Add a mutation to unimut that lets the outer layer of every expression be negated, like turning `if (foo || bar)` into `if (!(foo || bar))`, and turning `int n = 42;` into `int n = !42;`.
Notice that the bullet points have nothing to do with one another. They are sidequests.
Once the file gets to around 10 bullet points, I get a strong urge to resolve and remove them.
My file currently contains 22 of these bullet points, so I am focused on resolving them right now.
You don’t even need to keep it in a file. For years I just edited a single Discord message because I liked its strict length limit.
